✖️ By purchasing an adopt by me (Chakisuu) you get the full rights of the character.✖️ Gift / Trade / Resell are ok.✖️ You can modify the purchased design as you wish, but you can’t alter my artwork.✖️ Commercial use is ok but must be discussed before (fee for commercial use is original price x 3).✖️ Don't replicate, copy, heavily reference a design I made you didn't buy.✖️ Closed species have their own rules, please be aware of them before purchasing or commissioning a design from me.

ABOUT PAYMENT

✖️ All prices are in USD currency.✖️ Base prices may change depending of the complexity of the asking piece. You must agree with the quote before your send the payment.✖️ Payment must be made in less of 48 hrs, if not you'll lose your slot.✖️ Commissions that are $100 or less need to be paid upfront. Pieces more than $100 can be done in payment plans, but full payment must be done in at least two months.✖️ Finished piece won't be sent until payment is complete, otherwise you'll have just a thumbnail.

ABOUT PROCESS & COMMUNICATION

✖️ All communication will be in private (vía email, notes or private messages from any social media).✖️ Digital commissions will be finished between 1 to 6 weeks (depending of the piece), unless the artist has some difficulties, but will be obligation of this to notify via email to the customer about the delay.✖️ After payment is done, in less of a week a sketch will be sent to check if the idea and interpretation of the characters are correct. Changes will be made if there is an error made by the artist, if the client wants to try another idea or make drastic changes there will be an additional charge depending of the complexity of the new request.✖️ W.I.P.s can be requested meanwhile of the whole process.✖️ The Artist does not necessarily work on commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis. Smaller commissions may be bumped in front of larger commissions for convenience, and several larger projects may be worked on concurrently.✖️ The Artist may cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The Client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

ABOUT THE FINISHED PIECE: DISPLAY, USAGE AND RIGHTS

✖️For commercial use please discuss first with me, an additional quote shall be applied for the artwork.✖️ When the commission is complete a full digital image will be sent, the minimum dimensions will be 1500x1500px at 300dpi in RGB format by default.✖️ Customer can request changes or fixes if the artist made a mistake when coloring or rendering.✖️ Piece will come with a small signature of the artist.✖️ The artist has the right to publish the final piece on any personal gallery or website, unless previously has been requested as private or a gitf, in that case an additional quote will be charged since they are been deprived of the right to show their own art.✖️ The Client may use the artwork for non-commercial, non-promotional purposes. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself.✖️The finished piece cannot be used as Non Fungible Token (NFT).

ABOUT REFUNDS

✖️ The client only claim a refund if the artist is taking more than the expected time without a w.i.p. (the amount will depend of the status of the piece).✖️ Before the sketch is made the client will receive a refund of 100%. After the sketch is made the refund will be of 50%, it won't have refund if the piece is almost complete.✖️ Refunds can be complete or partial, depending of the amount.

SOBRE EL PAGO

✖️ Para México el precio es MXN, el resto del mundo se usará el dólar como moneda de referencia.✖️ Recuerda que los precios cambian de acuerdo a la complejidad, antes de hacer el trato se te hará una cuota del servicio.✖️ Para tener tu slot en mi lista debes realizar el pago a más tardar 48hrs, de lo contrario se le dará el espacio a alguien más.✖️ Comisiones que valgan menos de $1500 pesos deben ser pagadas completamente por adelantado. Si el precio supera los $1500 se pueden arreglar planes de pagos de hasta dos meses.✖️ La pieza no será entregada hasta que el pago esté completo, de lo contrario solo se te proporcionará una captura de pantalla de baja resolución hasta que se pague por completo.

PROCESO Y COMUNICACIÓN

✖️ Toda comunicación se hará de forma privada (email, notas o mensajes privados de la red social donde me hayas contactado).✖️ Las comisiones deberán estar entregadas dentro de un periodo de 1-6 semanas dependiendo de la complejidad, será mi obligación avisarte de cualquier retraso en mi proceso.✖️ Después de estar hecho el pago se enviará el primer w.i.p. en menos de una semana para que cheques si la idea e interpretación de tu personaje están correctos. Los cambios se realizarán si yo cometí un error o no entendí bien el concepto, pero si quieres probar otra idea o hacer cambios muy drásticos se hará un cargo adicional dependiendo de la complejidad de la nueva idea.✖️ Siéntete libre de preguntar por W.I.P.S. durante el proceso!✖️ No necesariamente trabajo en orden de llegada, para agilizar el proceso puede trabajar en comisiones pequeñas (sketches) entre comisiones grandes.✖️ Me doy el derecho de cancelar la comisión si el cliente se comporta de forma grosera, demandante o de manera inapropiada. No se reembolsará y será puesto en una blacklist.

SOBRE LA PIEZA TERMINADA: USOS Y DERECHOS

✖️Si gustas hacer uso comercial de la pieza por favor dime cuando te de la cuota, ya que se agrega un porcentaje extra para el derecho de reproducir y hacer uso comercial de mi trabajo.✖️ Cuando la pieza esté terminada, te entregaré vía email un archivo de 1500*1500 pixeles como dimensiones mínimas, a 300 dpi y RGB.✖️ Puedes pedir cambios una vez la pieza esté terminada siempre y cuando hayas notado que cometí un error con coloreado o renderizado que no notaste en wips anteriores.✖️ Las piezas vendrán con mi firma o marca de agua.✖️ Tengo el derecho de publicar en mis redes el trabajo comisionado. A menos que previamente me digas si es una pieza privada, en este caso se cobrará una cuota extra ya que de cierta forma me privas de mejorar y actualizar mi portafolio.✖️ El cliente puede usar el trabajo de forma no comercial. Podrá modificar el tamaño para crear icons, wallpapers y otros gráficos en sus redes personales, pero no tiene derecho de alterar mi trabajo en sí.✖️Prohibo usar mi trabajo para la venta de NFTs!✖️ No alimentes a las AI mi trabajo!

ACERCA DE LOS REFUNDS

✖️Podrás reclamar un refund solo si no te he dado un w.i.p. en el periodo de un mes (el refund será dependiendo del avance del dibujo).✖️ No te daré reembolso si después de pagarme cambiaste de opinión o te surgió otro gasto.✖️ Antes de que realice el sketch el reembolso será del 100%, sinel sketch está hecho será de 50% pero no habrá reembolso si ya está casi completa. Before the sketch is made the client will receive a refund of 100%.✖️ Los reembolsos serán completos o en partes, dependiendo de la cantidad a reembolsar.
